Jennifer Greenman-Barnard

Jennifer joined her mother in real estate over ten years ago.

After spending several years in the lending industry, Jennifer has become expert at helping clients obtain accurate mortgage information, directing them toward reputable lenders, and guiding them through the financing process.

Jennifer and her husband, Ryan, have two handsome boys, (Reece and Tate), and another son due in September.

Besides helping in sales at Southshore, Jennifer has also successfully helped clients buy and sell property in Newberg, Sherwood, and Tualatin areas.

Jennifer is attractive, intelligent, friendly and loyal. Other than these qualities, she has nothing going for her.

Cy Cyr

Cy came to Greenman Properties by way of a long-term friendship between the Cyr and Greenman families.

Since obtaining his license to practice real estate, Cy has helped clients sell and purchase acreage, farms, and specialty properties. He has become an expert in rural real estate.

Cy is an avid golfer, and he would be pleased to discuss your real estate needs over a round of golf. While he is consistently at or under par on the golf course, his efforts in real estate are always well above par.

Cy and his fiancé, Jamie, will be married next summer in Aruba.

Babs Dinsmoor

In June 2005, Babs and her husband, David, relocated from Georgia to the Pacific Northwest and built their retirement cottage in the oceanfront community of Southshore, near Newport, Oregon.

Babs is duly licensed in Georgia and Oregon and has joined Greenman Properties to help market property within Southshore and throughout the coastal region.

While being the mother of three children and the proud grandmama of seven, Babs still find time to enjoy tennis, golf, and walking her dog, Sir Bailey, on the beach.

Babs is a "team player", and her extensive experience in real estate, combined with a commitment to her clients, has made her addition to Greenman Properties an instant asset.

Erik Greenman

A graduate of the University of Oregon, Erik has dual degrees in psychology and German. He is blessed with superb "people skills", and excels at listening and communicating.

Erik has assumed an instrumental role in sales at Southshore, while servicing the Portland-Metro and Willamette Valley areas as well.

When not selling real estate, Erik enjoys giving wine tours at the world class Archery Summit Vineyard in Dundee. Evenings find him playing "Chef Erik" while serving fine wines to family and friends. Tennis, softball and golf round out his choice of extra curricular activities.

Ken Greenman

Ken has been Barbara's loving husband for 35 years.

Throughout his lifetime, Ken has pursued excellence in athletics, education, coaching and business. Barbara has supported his endeavors for decades, so at this junction in life, he is happy to "return the favor", and support Barb and Greenman Properties.

As general manager, Ken is responsible for payables, receivables, advertising marketing strategy and creative thinking.

Ken is devoted to family, friends, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. His recreational passions include golf and guiding his friends and family on salmon and steelhead adventures in his driftboat, the "Hombre Verde". He has acquired several titles over the years, but his favorite is "Papa". His grandsons, Reece, Tate and a third boy arriving in September, are a constant source of entertainment and pride.
